Private outpatients are seen from the second floor private outpatients department.  Different specialist’s from the department run clinics on different days of the week, as shown below.

Ward 6D&E offers 24 hour emergency obstetrical care and care of the newborn services.  Patients are initially assessed by the midwives and then doctors review.  Patients who have a problem or are in labour are admitted to the ward. If a C Section becomes necessary it is done from Private Theatre which is also located on the sixth floor.  Mothers and babies are cared for on these wards throughout the admission.  Mothers are also given health education and offered routine counselling and testing for HIV and babies are immunised.
