Graduate and Undergraduate students

The department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology offers academic programmes at undergraduate and graduate level. There are several students within the department currently undertaking PhD programmes.

Undergraduate students start their rotations in the department in their first year when they come for clinical exposure. They then rotate for their clinical clerkship in Obstetrics and Gynaecology during the fourth year and fifth year.

Post graduate students have an intensive three year training programme. The teaching at graduate level follows a curriculum which has several courses. Each of these courses have co-ordinators who are responsible for ensuring that students teaching schedules are drawn up and assessment is done.The graduate programmes have the following coordinators
