LEADERSHIP SUMMIT – 28TH TO 30TH OCTOBER 2009

The Uganda Hospital Federation (UHF) has organized the above scheduled summit under the theme ’’Embracing the Commitment to Total Quality Management in Hospital and Health Care Service Delivery’’. The overall objective is to provide a forum for Hospital and Healthcare Managers to share experiences, challenges and opportunities aimed at improving the quality of services in the Hospital Sector.
Participants are expected from Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi and Uganda and will include Hospital Administrators from Public and Private Hospitals,Doctors, Nurses, Allied Health Professionals and other persons interested in the scientific and management fields in the Hospital Sector as vendors, persons in advocacy for users of Health Services or Non-facility based services such as Medical Tourism.
Participants are encouraged to bring with them Hospital / National Health indices that may be utilized for sharing experiences at the Leadership Summit as a basis for discussion.
