Admissions

WHAT TO BRING:
The essentials to bring with you are personal belongings.

Before admission, registration formalities are completed at the reception on the 2nd floor in Private Out Patients Department (next to Stanbic Bank).

Most Surgical and Gynaecological admission are planned following an out patient visit. You are sent to the ward for booking 3-5 days before admission and the bed will be ready on the day of the arrival.

On the other hand, most Medical admissions are abrupt following an out-patient visit or bring referred from an outside health unit. We try to make the bed ready for you on the arrival. Patients in labour go straight to Ward 6D on arrival. If a patient comes as an emergency through Casualty and 3B(Emergency), request the Consultant to transfer you to 6th floor.

A patient is always escorted by a Private Wing staff to the respective ward. You should expect to find boarding facilities arranged and medical team to work on you and make you comfortable as fast as possible.

WHILE ON THE WARD, you will receive quality Medical and Nursing care from our staff. All the nursing care required to the patient is provided by our nurses. All our Medical and Nurses staff are at your service, please feel free to discus with them your condition, progress, problems and complaints.

Meals:
